Three newspapers reported today that Ross Feller Casey, LLP, has finalized settlement agreements with Penn State University on behalf of seven sexual assault victims of Jerry Sandusky.
The story appeared in the Times-Shamrock newspapers chain's The Scranton Times, The (Wilkes-Barre) Citizens Voice, and The Hazleton Standard-Speaker.
Attorney Joel Feller told reporter Michael Sisak that the victims are pleased to put this episode behind them and to "focus their attention on healing."
Attorney Matt Casey echoed that thought, but added that "there is a feeling of inadequacy here that can't be helped, because of how terrible it was what these men went through."
Ross Feller Casey is a Philadelphia-based and nationally recognized personal injury firm. It represents more of Sandusky's victims than any other law firm. They are those identified as Victim 2, Victim 3, Victim 7 and Victim 10 and Sandusky's adopted son, Matt Sandusky, as well as two other men.
