Dan McGrath, a partner at the firm, has worked on numerous cases resulting in multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for catastrophically injured clients.
In recent years, McGrath has assisted founding partners Robert Ross, Joel Feller, and Matt Casey in recovering multiple eight- and seven-figure settlements on behalf of injured clients, including substantial recoveries in cases involving wrongful death claims. Some noteworthy wrongful-death cases include:
- $17.25 million for the wife and adult daughter of a man killed in an explosion resulting from a defective product
- $16 million for the parents of a teenager who died from an undiagnosed illness after being discharged from the emergency room
- $8 million for the parents of a 6-year-old girl who died from undiagnosed intracranial swelling that worsened during her brief hospitalization
- $7 million for the children of a man who suffered a fatal stroke after being cleared for discharge from the hospital
- $4.5 million for the spouse and adult children of a retired nurse who died from undiagnosed bowel ischemia while in the intensive care unit
- $4 million for the adult children of an elderly woman who developed septic shock and died from an untreated bacterial infection
McGrath has also worked with Ross, Feller, and Casey in a variety of medical malpractice cases involving delayed cancer diagnoses, mismanaged infections, and other serious medical errors, helping obtain recoveries of $6 million, $5.5 million, $4 million, and $3.5 million, among others, for clients harmed by medical negligence.
In July 2021, McGrath helped win a major $5.8 million wrongful death verdict in Philadelphia on behalf of the family of a 48-year-old woman who died of uterine cancer in a tragic case of medical malpractice.

Since becoming a lawyer, McGrath has focused his practice exclusively on representing seriously injured clients at all phases of litigation.
McGrath graduated from Fordham University and earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law. During law school, he interned for the Montgomery County Public Defender Office and the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
McGrath is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
