Judge Orders Hospital To Provide Salary Details In Dr. Sidari Lawsuit

Northeastern Pennsylvania newspapers ran articles this week on the latest motions in the wrongful death lawsuit involving Dr. Jennifer Sidari, the 26-year-old woman who died in 2013.

On Monday, Matt Casey, a founding partner of Ross Feller Casey and the lawyer for the Sidari family, argued in a Luzerne County courtroom that the defendant in the case, Geisinger Health Systems, should be required to provide salary information regarding its top doctors and executives.
