Northeastern Pennsylvania newspapers ran articles this week on the latest motions in the wrongful death lawsuit involving Dr. Jennifer Sidari, the 26-year-old woman who died in 2013.

On Monday, Matt Casey, a founding partner of Ross Feller Casey and the lawyer for the Sidari family, argued in a Luzerne County courtroom that the defendant in the case, Geisinger Health Systems, should be required to provide salary information regarding its top doctors and executives. Read story here:
