Ross Feller Casey, LLP founding partner Matt Casey will join Daniel F. Ryan III of O'Brien & Ryan LLP, and the Hon. Mark I. Bernstein, of the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court in teaching a Continuing Legal Education seminar in Philadelphia on Dec. 6.
The Pennsylvania Association for Justice is hosting the 3-Credit CLE titled "Courtroom Strategies to Maximize (or Minimize) Damages in the Catastrophic Injury Case." Among other things, the seminar will examine Plaintiff, Defense and Judicial viewpoints, practice tips and Do's and Don'ts.
The CLE will be held Friday, Dec. 6 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at The Top of the Tower, 1717 Arch St., Philadelphia.
