In an exclusive interview, attorney Joel Feller and one of his seven clients in the Jerry Sandusky / Penn State sexual abuse case, sat down with Philadelphia's ABC affiliate this week.

In a segment that aired at 11 p.m. Aug. 20, Victim 10 spoke candidly to Action News' Wendy Saltzman about how Sandusky groomed him, how he lavished him with gifts and affection and became a father figure only to molest him dozens of times over three years and then threaten him.

"It occurred on the Penn State campus, it occurred in Jerry's home, in public -- anywhere that he felt he was safe to do that was where he took advantage of me," said Victim 10.

Asked why he hadn't reported the abuse, Victim 10 said "I was afraid, terrified. How could you stand up to somebody that was supposed to be an icon in the community, especially when you are a child?"

Feller, a founding partner at Ross Feller Casey, told Saltzman that Sandusky took advantage of Victim 10 at "a very confusing time for him and manipulated him into doing unspeakable acts."

Feller, along with fellow founding partner Matt Casey, represented seven of Sandusky's victims -- more than any other law firm. Settlements were reached this week with Penn State in all of those cases.

Said Feller: "These young men are living not only with the fact that they were abused horrifically over a significant period of time by a monster, but they lived with the fact that people with authority at Penn State failed to act, failed to protect them when they needed it the most."
