Two cases litigated by Ross Feller Casey, LLP made the list of the Largest Awards and Settlements in Pennsylvania for 2013 as compiled by The Legal Intelligencer newspaper.

The first case involved a man who was struck by a car as he was pushing a disabled vehicle to the side of a Philadelphia road. Matt Casey, a founding partner of Ross Feller Casey, won a jury verdict of $19.1 million in May for his client, Patrick Hennessy, who underwent an amputation of his right leg as a result of the crash.

In the second case, Ross Feller Casey founding partner Joel Feller recovered $6 million for the parents of Mariah Edwards, a 17-year-old girl who died as a result of medical negligence after undergoing a routine tonsillectomy at a Montgomery County surgical center in March 2012 (read about the case).
