Christopher R. Boisvert joined Ross Feller Casey in January 2025 and focuses his practice on representing clients who suffered catastrophic injuries due to medical malpractice and defective products.
Boisvert began his professional career in 2009 at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, where he represented clients in multi-jurisdictional and class action cases involving personal injury, consumer fraud, and internet-based claims. While at Dechert, Boisvert had extensive experience representing large pharmaceutical companies in all phases of trial and appellate litigation, particularly in Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
Boisvert graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Honors Scholar. In 2009, Boisvert graduated cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he received the Louis Schreier Memorial Prize in Legal Ethics and was a Senior Executive Editor of the New York University Journal of Law and Liberty.
Boisvert is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the federal court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
