Ross Feller Casey founding partners Matt Casey and Joel Feller played an integral role in reaching a global $59.7 million settlement package with Penn State University over the infamous child sex abuse scandal.
Ross Feller Casey represented seven men who were victimized by Jerry Sandusky—more clients than any other single law firm. The firm represented the men identified as Victim 2, Victim 3, Victim 7 and Victim 10, Sandusky’s adopted son, Matt Sandusky, as well as other men.
Although the individual settlement amounts remain confidential, Penn State confirmed that after lengthy negotiations with Feller and Casey, several of the firm’s clients were placed in the top monetary category of the 31 claims against the university.
