Ross Feller Casey attorney Mark A. Hoffman, MD, was recently appointed to the Plaintiffs Steering Committee (PSC) in the In re: Testosterone Replacement Therapy Multidistrict Litigation presently before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. This has been assigned all federal cases involving claims against the manufacturers of testosterone replacement therapies.

Dr. Hoffman was appointed to the position by order of Judge Matthew F. Kennelly.

As a steering committee member, Dr. Hoffman will play a leadership role in shaping plaintiff's cases as the litigation progresses. He also was selected to co-chair the Science Committee and the State Coordinating Committee in the Multidistrict Litigation.

Ross Feller Casey has already filed seven Low-T lawsuits on behalf of men who have suffered serious cardiovascular injuries as a result of testosterone replacement therapies. The firm is also preparing numerous other cases that will be filed soon.
