Philadelphia Inquirer: Ross Feller Casey is the first and only law firm to file testosterone lawsuits in Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Inquirer ran a major front-page story today exploring the growing medical concerns for men who use so-called "Low T" drugs and how Ross Feller Casey is the first and only law firm in Philadelphia to file testosterone lawsuits.

The story touches on many key questions about testosterone-containing drugs, from their rise in popularity to $2 billion in annual sales, to the most recent studies demonstrating that older men who take them are twice as likely to suffer major cardiovascular events, such as strokes and heart attacks.

Written by Inquirer Health and Science reporter Marie McCullough, the article also delves into the questionable marketing techniques, such as "an unbalanced presentation of facts"  that big pharmaceutical companies have used to promote the drug as the "holy grail of energy, positive mood, and sexuality."

The article draws a parallel between testosterone drugs and earlier estrogen products and how health problems in woman who took those drugs and subsequent lawsuits a dozen years ago caused that market to shrivel.
