Joel Feller, a founding partner of Ross Feller Casey, LLP, appeared on SiriusXM Radio's The College Football Playbook show soon after former FBI Director Louis Freeh released his hard-hitting report on Penn State's response to the Sandusky child abuse allegations on July 12.
Feller told the program that pending civil cases against the university will bring out even more shocking details that Freeh was unable to obtain because he didn't have subpoena powers.
Still, Feller called the report a methodical examination that showed an "ongoing pattern of lack of control at Penn State" that "allowed this child molester to prey on victims for a substantial period of time."
Ross Feller Casey is part of a legal team representing multiple victims of Sandusky, including three who testified at trial -- those identified as Victim 3, Victim 7 and Victim 10.
