Daniel J. Rovner joined Ross Feller Casey in 2017 after 20 years as one of the leading defense attorneys in Pennsylvania, representing some of the state’s largest health systems and physician practice groups against medical malpractice claims.

After seeing the remarkable work of Ross Feller Casey, including several cases in which Rovner was opposing counsel, he decided to join forces with the firm to protect the rights of the catastrophically injured. Likewise, Ross Feller Casey saw Rovner’s talents and work ethic and agreed he was a perfect fit with the firm.

Prior to joining Ross Feller Casey, Rovner was a partner at Post & Post, LLC, in Berwyn, Pa., where he successfully tried numerous cases to defense verdict. This experience is invaluable to his perspective in now representing individuals who have been catastrophically injured.

Rovner is honored to have been appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to serve on the state’s Continuing Legal Education Board. In addition, Pennsylvania’s highest court has appointed him to serve as a Senior Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Rovner received his B.S. from the University of Miami in 1992 and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1995.

Rovner, who was born in Philadelphia and has lived in the area for most of his life, is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
